Frequently asked questions
Yes. If you're required to file and don't qualify for a Social Security number, you can apply for an ITIN with Form W-7. We prepare it together with your tax return.
Online filings on Sunbiz are usually approved within a few business days. Then we apply for your EIN so you can open your business bank account.
By default the business files Form 1065 and each member receives a K-1 to report on their personal return. We also explain the S-Corp option.
Florida charges a late fee after May 1, and if the report isn't filed, the company can be administratively dissolved. We help you catch up or reinstate it.
Yes. We check whether you qualify for a premium tax credit and compare plans. Keep in mind that the credit you receive is reconciled on your tax return with Form 8962.
Yes. We work with one-person businesses and small companies. You can choose monthly or quarterly service.
